Specialty Care Network Coordinator
Originally from Fresno, California, Vicente Cardona moved to Colorado in 2016. He is currently working on his master in Health Policy and Leadership at the University of Denver and earned a B.S in Psychology and minor in Public Health. Vincente worked in a clinic setting for five years as a diabetes health educator, as a patient representative at Centura Revenue Management department and as an intern with the Speaker of the Colorado House, Crisanta Duran.
Vicente is dedicated to Mile High Health Alliance’s core values and directives to help better Colorado through the collaboration of the community. He also serves as both the grant chair and recording secretary for the Young Latino Philanthropist (YLP) board, an organization redefining perceptions of philanthropy and funding projects addressing pressing issues within our community. In his spare time, Vicente enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and cooking.
